Stephanie G. Williams, 75, died after a long illness on Nov. 17, 2022, at her home in Hattiesburg, MS, with her husband and two daughters at her side. A private celebration of her life will be held July 15.
Stephanie was born on June 14, 1947, in New Orleans, LA. She grew up in Chalmette, LA and attended Southeastern University in Lafayette, LA, before beginning her 35-year career at Xerox. Her hobbies were dancing, cooking, gardening, fishing , and she especially loved her dogs. She was preceded in her death by her parents Elwood Joseph Gross and Ruby Mann Barry, and her sister, Gayle G. Andre.
Survivors include her husband William T. Williams, her daughters Jeanne and Monique Boos; a stepson, Randy Williams, a stepdaughter, Jennifer W. Kaylor; two sisters, Marsha Ivey and Denise Hoffmann; a granddaughter, Maegen M. Alfonso; two great granddaughters, Addison Rose and Wesley Claire; a niece, Jamie Mauffray; two nephews, Jay and Michael Andre; her ex husband Davis M. Boos; and many other close family and friends.
