Henry Wayne Chism, 64, of Hattiesburg, Mississippi passedaway Tuesday, October 11, 2022 in Hattiesburg. Wayne was born October 2, 1958 in Forrest City, Arkansas toHenry Chism and Joyce (Renfro) Chism.After graduation from Forrest City HighSchool in 1978, Wayne entered the military in West Memphis, Arkansas and servedhis country in the US Army for four years.
Wayne leaves behind his son Taylor Chism; grandson, Chay Long; granddaughter, Paisley Chism; mother, Joyce Fair; brother, Michael Chism; sister, Peggy Smith and husband Tim; numerous other family. He was preceded indeath by his father, Henry Chism; stepfather, Hollis Fair; brothers, HaroldRenfro and Donny Chism.
There will be a memorial service October 22, at Forrest CityChurch of God, in Forrest City, Arkansas at 10:00am
