Stanley Charles Strickland “Stanley Man” was born on
October 12, 1967 to Cora L. Strickland and the late John Belton.
At an early age he joined St. Jude Holiness Crusade church under the
leadership of S.R. Dailey. He attended Hattiesburg High school in 1985.

Stanley was employed by Construction Co.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Joe Strickland
and Inell Hinton, One brother Donald L. Hathorn one sister Jackie

Strickland.

He leaves to cherish his memories: A loving daughter Kristi Thomas;
two granddaughter: Michael J Sanders and Jamarri D. Breland; his
loving mother Cora L. Hathorn; two brothers: John Albert Strickland and
Chester L. Hathorn Jr. (Jim); two sister in laws: Jackie Dawkins-
Strickland and Cathy Calcote-Hathorn; three aunts: Gloria Jean
Strickland, Patricia Watts and Linda Murry; one uncle: Hollis Strickland

and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and homies.
