Obituary for Marjorie Heal
Marjorie Alice Heal, 87, a resident of Crescent Landing in Hattiesburg, MS, passed away on March 22, 2022. She was born on February 27, 1935 in Hanworth, Middlesex, England. She married Donald Heal, a US Airman in 1953 and moved to the United States in 1955.
Marjorie worked at Grawood Baptist Church in Keithville, LA, and was a long time member of Grawood, singing in the choir and serving as president of the WMU for several years. After retiring, she and her husband Don enjoyed traveling and volunteering with Campers on Mission and Disaster Relief.
She is survived by her children Evelyn (Robert) Perry, Alice (Mike) Myers, Donna (Randy) Stone, and Kenneth; her sister Elsie “Joan” (Alan) Thirtle; 10 grandsons and 2 granddaughters, and 4 great-grandchildren.
Burial will take place at a later date in Viola, Wisconsin next to her husband in the Heal family plot at Viola Cemetery.
