Charles Dennis Moody, Sr., 79, of Petal, passed away on December 28, 2020. He was born on March 25, 1941, in Hattiesburg, MS. Charles was a loving man and will be missed dearly.
Charles is preceded in death by his mother and stepfather, Mack Dennis & Dorothy Moody; brothers Lee Amos McNair, Luke Moody, John Douglas Moody & Blowrey Moody. He is survived by his wife, Eloise Moody; children: Charles Moody, Jr., Latonia Robinson (Derrick), Charles Frederick Bolton (Elk), Charlman Montgomery (Christine), April Moody, Roger Allen & Ricky Portis; 30 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; siblings, Frank “Lee” Moody(Claudine), Stevie Moody (Georgia), Shirley Drummer; sisters-in-law, Mary McNair, Trudy Moody, and Florentino Moody; a host family and friends.
A visitation will be held on January 2, 2021, at 3:00 pm at Piney Grove Church with a service to follow at 4:00 pm.
