Obituary for John Lewis Kent
John Lewis Kent, Sr., of Hattiesburg, Mississippi passed away on October 15, 2020. John was born July 26, 1946 to Willie David and Myrtle Lee Kent. He was the second eldest sibling.
John was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Benita Kent and a sister, Alberta Louise Kent Stokes.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Adrianne Lucille Kent, two (2) daughters, Andrea Kent Chavis and Audrey Louise Kent; two (2) sons, John Lewis Kent, Jr. and David Lee Kent and five (5) grandchildren, Jaylin Kent, Jayda Chavis, Justin Chavis, Jr., John Lewis Kent, III and Kastin Amore’ Kent and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Forrest Funeral Home, Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
