John David Sullivan, 44, of Wiggins, passed away on August 18, 2018, at Forrest General Hospital. He was born on July 24, 1974, in Hattiesburg.
John is preceded in death by his grandmother, Garner P. Smith; two uncles, Gary Smith and Roy E. Smith; one aunt, Glendora Carter. He is survived by his daughter, Alexis Sullivan; parents, William E. “Bill” and Pauline Sullivan; numerous of aunts, uncles and cousins.
Signing the registry book will begin at 11:00 am with the memorial service to follow at noon on Thursday, August 23, 2018, in Forrest Chapel.
