Robert Hobart Lang, Sr., passed peacefully on Saturday, August 26th, 2017 at the age of 92.
He was born to Fred and Georgia Lang on February 2, 1925, in Keystone, OK. After high school, he
entered World War II and became a bombardier navigator on B-25 airplanes for the Army Air Corp. In

years. He attended Tulsa University and became a petroleum engineer for Chevron where he worked for
over 20 years. Bob enjoyed playing golf and also cheering on his Southern Miss Golden Eagles at various
sporting events but his absolute favorite pastime was spending time with his adoring family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Barbara, brother Fred Jr. and wife Margie Lou.
