Master Mason, York Rite and Member of Aiken Shrine Club. Life member of VFW Post 10601, Aiken DAV Chapter 43 Aiken. Past Commander Aiken County Veterans Council, three terms; Past Commander DAV 43 and numerous officer position with VFW, including District NINE. Vietnam Veteran October 1966-May 1968. Raised and schooled in Clarion, Iowa.
