Obituary for Brandon Michael Cleckler

Brandon Michael Cleckler, 18, of Sumrall passed away on November 13, 2016. Brandon was born on December 6, 1997, in McComb, MS. He was a senior at Sumrall High School and was a member of the Sumrall High School Bobcat Football Team.
He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Louise Jordan Cleckler and his grandfather, Eddie Cleckler. Brandon is survived by his father, Doyce Houston Cleckler and his mother, Angela Sykes Charpentier; his stepfather, Jeremy Charpentier; four brothers: Zachary Cleckler, of Sumrall; Dein Fly (Ashley), of Hattiesburg; Jordan and Chase Charpentier, both of Monterey, LA; grandparents, Paul and Donnie Kaye Sykes, of Bogue Chitto, MS; Step- grandparents, Harry and Cecile Davidson of Jonesville, LA; and his uncles and aunts: Cameron and Valerie Cleckler; Matt and Mandy Sykes; Lee Charpentier; Marshall Woods; Reuben and Lisa Allred; Jennifer Williams; and a host of cousins and friends.
Serving as pallbearers are: Matt Lott, Travis Jackson, Rhett Harvey, Trenton Graham, Tommy Lott, Shannon White, Terry Davis, and Hunter Graham. The Sumrall Bobcat Football Team will serve as honorary pallbearers.
Visitations will be on Tuesday, November 15, 2016, from 5-9pm at First Baptist Church of Sumrall. A second visitation will be on Wednesday, November 16, from 12-2pm, with a Celebration of Brandon’s life to follow at 2:00, also at First Baptist Church of Sumrall. Interment will be at First Baptist Church Cemetery of Sumrall.
Brandon’s family would like to thank everyone for the outpouring of love and support at this difficult time, specifically the students of Sumrall High School, the Sumrall Booster Club, and First Baptist Church of Sumrall.
