Ruth Beatrice Coleman, 78, of Hattiesburg, passed away on November 11, 2016, at Forrest General Hospital. She was born on July 21, 1938, in Magnolia, AR.
Mrs. Coleman is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles Coleman; a brother, William Richard Keys. She is survived by four daughters: Regina Buford (Bruce), Beverly Jefferson, Diana Coleman and Ellen D. Williams (Fred); 11 grandchildren: Tamika Carmichael (Don), Wayne Coleman, Trineicia Coleman, James Jefferson (Letesha), Khari Charles, William Jefferson, Ashley Jefferson, Demaria Williams, Fred Williams, Jr., Dustun Coleman and Justun Coleman; 16 great grandchildren; three siblings: William Robert Keys, Jr. "Sonny", George Ray Keys and Ellen Delores Keys Clark; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
A visitation will be Friday, November 18, 2016 at Forrest Funeral Home from 5-7pm. The service will be Saturday, November 19, 2016, 12:00 at Keys Memorial Church of God in Christ in Laurel. The interment will be at Oak Hill Cemetery #2.
