Alfred Fairley was born to George and Jannie Mae Fairley on September 7, 1961. Alfred grew up in Petal, MS in the Springfield Community. He attended Petal High School and moved to Collins his senior year. There he graduated high school in 1979. During his life he was employed by Swanns, Nabisco, Fred’s, State Farm and as Director of Covington County Boys and Girls Club.

He was chosen as Pastor of Bethlehem M.B. Church in 2001 and there he served until his heavenly departure. Alfred motto was, “Take up your cross and follow me, as I follow Christ.”
