Obituary for Henry Lee Parker

Henry Lee Parker, 82, of Hattiesburg, died June 20, 2014, at Forrest General Hospital. He was born to Purser and Edith Parker on August 3, 1931. Mr. Parker graduated from Baton Rouge High School and went on to LSU, where he received his degree in Mechanical Engineering. He was a member of Temple Baptist Church and Senior Quest of Hattiesburg. He retired as Vice President of Technology of AC Corporation in Wisconsin.
Mr. Parker is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Ingrid Peuss Parker; two daughters: Sonja Hagen (Ray) and Brigitte Baker (Brian); two grandchildren: Daren and Dana Hagen; one sister: Joan Blanton.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation can be made to Homes of Hope for Children located at 344 Harold Tucker Road Purvis, MS, 39475.
A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th at Forrest Chapel beginning at 10am.
